  18. for a 15 day evaluation period; make as many copies of the Shareware
  19. version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact

  21. Shareware version of the software and documentation in its unmodified
  22. form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any of the above.

  37. This is not free software.  This license allows you to use this software
  38. for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 15 days.  If you
  39. use this software after the 15 day evaluation period a registration fee
  40. of $10 is required. When payment is received you will be sent a 
  41. registered copy of the latest version of Text Manager.

  43. One registered copy of Text Manager may be dedicated to a single person who
  44. uses the software on one or more computers or to a single workstation
  45. used by multiple people.

  47. You may access the registered version of Text Manager through a network,
  48. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software
  49. covering all workstations that will access the software through the
  50. network.

  54. This software and the accompanying files are sold "as is" and without
  55. warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other warranties
  56. whether expressed or implied. No warranty of fitness for a particular 
  57. purpose is offered.

  60. tested with non-critical data before relying on it.  The user must
  61. assume the entire risk of using the program.  Any liability of the
